January 1st

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket
I see days and dates and years in terms of colors. January is white in my head, as is 2011. This editorial from W's January issue features Young Hollywood's current ingenues of the moment dressed in pretty chiffons and silks and coton in pale subdued colors that seem very fresh and of the moment to me, which I think goes hand in hand with the certain new year which we are now faced with.
Happy 2011!

Wow I almost didn't recognize Abigail Breslin. It's weird how people freeze in time when you don't see them constantly. Loving the white and soft chiffons. There's something light and wonderful about it!

I love the fact that they respected their youth, I mean, no too much dressing-up or make-up; just freshness and purity: YOUTH :) Cute

if you actually do see dates and times in color unconsciously you might have synesthesia. apparently it's pretty common. cool!

They all look so pretty! I didn't recognize Abigail Breslin at all. She grew up to be so gorgeous!

Heyyy if you associate color or shape to numbers and dates you have a psychological condition called Synesthesia!

Georgie Henley looks so much older than in the films, I didn't even recognize her as Lucy! I love that you associate January with white, I think that is dead on.

This is really awesome - you never see girls our age in magazines. It's always famous, experienced actresses but I really like this. Reality for once!! haha. happy new year! keep rocking :)

I saw this too! So pretty. I think Chloe is really gorgeous.

I love how young and precocious they look. Too often has Hollywood made 13 year olds go on 30.

Funny, I'm from Brazil and here we use white in new year's eve, mainly because it's mean freshness and the canvas to a whole new start.

I have synesthesia too, so does my mum (I think it's genetic). I love talking to other people with it!
I see January as Yellow!
