Bleachers

Taking a break from history notes to update with an outfit from a few days ago. My mom surprised me on Sunday with this beautiful silk shirt when I got back from a theatre retreat with my school. I am in love with it. Oh and I have always wanted a pair of "riding pants" and I think Ive found my pair in these ones.

During winter break I decided to learn how to play the ukulele and have wanted to get the Hawaiian-famous-mini-guitar in some photos ever since. I think it is the sweetest instrument, and actually really easy to play. I definitely recommend picking one up one day, if you have the chance.

Can we please be best friends? Everything in this post makes me think that it would be great. Especially your outfit- everything I love at the moment. The strap platforms are the real kick (pun fully intended), especially with the lovely cut of the pants. I think you've found your riding pants indeed! Oh and if you learn how to play "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" please share a video ;).

i've always associated the instrument with kindly old, bearded men sitting around & singing songs to the tune of what they strum :P amazing to find out how they sound, i've never actually known that. pretty retro outfit to go along! <3

Girl, that is not a flattering look for your ass. You've got a cute tush, don't hold it back in those pants. If they're so high and tight that you can see that you're wearing a thong, they're definitely too small/tight for you.

I don't mean to be so negative, because I love your style like, always, and I love riding pants! But I feel like they're only good in theory and someone should tell you.

I love the top/bow/ukelele. Just rethink those pants!

I love the bow! I have dark hair too, and I get sad sometimes because a lot of cute headbands and accessories are in black and they don't stand out against my dark hair. The brown bow is so cute!
