Sand Colors

Whoa. Its been a week. Where did the time go?
When I was little I used to be obsessed with Egyptian things. I had books, and sphynx shaped pens, and cleopatra necklaces and Halloween costumes and themed birthdays. A couple of weeks ago I rediscovered a scarab ring I got at the King Tut exhibit when it was in LA years ago. I had been wearing that for a few days when I ordered another Egyptian themed ring from www.tobi.com, and I am now back to being fully obsessed... again.
P.s. Now I want everything in the Erin Wasson x Low Luv jewelery collection, I bought the entire Edward Sharpe album and Im in love, I saw Kick-Ass, it was great, and I am crazy about the above color schemes. Oh, and Ive listed a few clothing items back in my shop. Click here to browse.

New

I picked up POP magazine and these photos of Abbey Lee were in it. She and Devon Aoki are my new favorites.
As far as POP... well. I just dont understand why magazines insist on putting fully naked people in their pages. Is it supposed to inspire a person to join a nudist colony or something? I just dont understand.

Desert Warrior

Took these photos a week ago when I was still in the Palm Springs desert.
This pretty vintage dress was sent to me from the people at American Archive Vintage. I couldn't be more happy. It reminds me of cocktail parties, and the Saint Regis in New York, and Audrey Hepburn. Which is to say it reminds me of everything lux and beautiful. Thanks goes to Casey & Rachel. Check out their great vintage selection here.
Oh and this belt? Best. Ever.
Vintage dress, Zara flats, Adina Mills rock ring, Versace belt (purchased at a yard sale), Triskaidekaphobia earrings.

All Shook Up

I went to Polkadots & Moonbeams yesterday and picked up this totally psychedelic top. I absolutely love it, the only problem I have with vintage, though, is that I always wanna know who owned the pieces before me.
These J Brand beauties are probably the coolest cargo pants in the entire world. It was a real shock a few weeks ago to open up both Teen Vogue and Nylon and see these pants in the J Brand ad. Sometimes when something of yours is in magazine, you feel kinda special...
