Went for a brunch type meal today at a restaurant in LA called Cube. If you have the means I really think you should go. Everything tasted amazing.

Using new lens, wearing new favorite white shirt, looking through new Raybans, did another shoot for American Apparel today, watching Friends right now, going to see a bunch of people this three day weekend, and took these photos in a really scary neighborhood.

Wasting Time...

...waiting for my new lens.

Seriously, I woke up this morning, and while deciding what to wear I said "Oh my gosh, this would look so good on my new sigma. I have to wait."

So this is me waiting.

I also did a California Select photo shoot with American Apparel today. Hopefully Ill get some shots on here or put up the behind the scenes video Taghrid made. We'll see! It was long, hard work (5 hours) but still a lot of fun with the girls Mae, Taghrid, and the other model Terry. The clothes were really cool and I definitely couldve taken a number home with me.

... oh and beautiful leather gloves. I am in love with them. They are so feminine and proper. I feel like I should be in England in the 1800s with them. Although, I dont know why, since they arent really time period appropriate. But sometimes, you just feel things, even if its not exactly right.

• Im in Palm Springs for an overnight trip before school starts.
• Bought this lens. Im supercalifragilisticexpialidocious excited.
• Listened to Vampire Weekends new album Contra here, and my favorite song is Horchata, although I Think Ur A Contra is pretty good too.
• These boots remind me of Sherlock Holmes, which means they're #1.

Currently reading Wuthering Heights. Its upsetting to say the least.

Also, why is it in English novels, whenever a girl's honor has been ruined or whatever, she always runs off to a distant aunt, and then therefore the guy cant get the girl and has to wait for her to come back, meanwhile the reader wants to scream out in fury because of everybody's incompetence to say what they actually feel? This doesnt have to do with Wuthering Heights, but Im watching Masterpiece Classics on KCET right now and thats the story.
