Though I'm not a super clog fan, I absolutely have to say that I love how the colours of the dress look with the chain scarf! Unbelievably gorgeous.
i am realllllly not a fan of this outfit
maybe if the dress was a more flattering length, it would be better suited for you
its a very beautiful dress, but its much too matronly for you. I think if you possibly got it altered, it would do you much good (i would say knee length or about 2 inches above) and i would stuff some crinoline under it in order to make it very old fashioned and maybe princess like. the clogs as well, sort for take it from being fashionable into being well, more matronly. i would say pairing this with something a little more modern. if you did shorten the dress, i would say longish socks and oxfords or brogues. with the scarf and the bag, this would be great together.
also, if you could ever get your hands on the ann demu. boots (the epic club toe ones) i would pair the edited version of that dress with them (very edgy chic mixed with classic vintage)

the colour of this whole outfit is so prettyy - browns creams greens blue + your brown hair. so pretty! i love those clogs. i saw then and i am still saving up for them heh. shipping costs are such a bomb for me and it sucks!!
also, you're so luckkkyyy to have rain. in singapore it's been hot for more than a month without rain, no joke! i want it to rain so bad :( but then again, the sudden weather change would make me sick. argh, not good either way.
